Lodging Options
Camp under the Texas sky with the rest of the GEAR crowd, or bunk in town — the summit works either way. Room-block and camping-pass details for 2027 will be posted here as they’re locked in.
Camp on-site
The heart of the GEAR experience
Last year’s summit camped over 400 vehicles at the park — rooftop tents, trailers, and ground camps side by side. Staying on-site keeps you close to the night shoots, bonfires, live music, food trucks, and movie & s’mores nights.
2027 camping passes and reservation details will be announced with registration.
Stay in town
Partner hotel
That was 2026’s partner hotel — the 2027 room block and GOA booking link will be posted here. Pre-register and we’ll email you when it opens.
